I am definitely an Energetic girl. To illustrate, I quite enjoy hiking in the woods, standing beside the old trees and smelling the light fragrance under sunshine. But I ride on the subway very often because of its convenience. And I prefer climbing the stairs to taking an escalator unless I am rush or carrying heavy objects. While I am not interesting in having a sweaty workout because I really mind body's sweat, I refuse to lying in sofa and watching television all day as well. Although I have never shoveled snow before, I am keen on having a try. I am active and take delight in outdoor activities, which contributes to maintain physical fitness. And in addition, once I am in bad mood, I would like to get relaxed by exercise. After then, I will return into happy mood.
However, before taking a vital exam or having something important, I would like to stay at home, being a “sedentary person”. It sounds inefficient that spending half an hour on making a cup of tea then taste it while reading, but it by no means is a waste of time. That practice leads me to be relaxed physically and mentally. Thus I have more energy spending on coming significant tasks.
It difficult to judge I prefer whether physical or the sedentary in that both of them benefit me a great deal. Fortunately I am enjoying a good time from the.
Gee, I have never heard of anyone using the word "kakidrosis". And I had to look it up. Turns out you meant sweat, right? I think also that your use of the word "abreact" was interesting if not enlightening when I had to look that up too. If you don't mind, can you NOT use a translator device? Just write normally so English speakers can understand. Using technical terms is not only inappropriate but confusing for readers. You have not used them in the proper context here. It certain doesn't communicate effectively or accurately your meaning. Use simple words and simple sentences.
ReplyDeleteI am glad to see you have value for both lifestyles.
